DUI CLIENT PULLED OVER AND BLEW OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT

The incident: At about 1:45 a.m. client is pulled over after leaving the bars on Pensacola Beach. After being arrested, the client blew 0.146, almost twice the legal limit.

The charge: DUI

My Counsel as a Pensacola DUI Defense Attorney: Filed several motions challenging the legality of the arrest and the validity of the breath test.

The Verdict: State reduced the charge to Reckless Driving. No DUI on the client’s record.
